- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift
- Flexible shifts available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Description:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Material Handlers to join a growing warehouse and manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Package and unpack products according to established procedures
- Pick, kit, and deliver materials to production areas
- Prepare shipments and assist with receiving activities
- Complete inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy
- Verify packaging components and complete required documentation
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse functions
- Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Work overtime when needed to meet production schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Oracle or other ERP/MRP experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to read and follow written work instructions and assembly documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a willingness to learn multiple job functions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Steel-toe safety shoes are required
