A growing manufacturing company is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join their production team on 1st shift. This position involves operating automated production equipment, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery
- Load and unload materials/products into machines
- Follow work orders and customer specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately track production information in company systems
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working with small parts and detailed work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
