Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations and pricing using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team by maintaining pricing information, reviewing sales documentation, and preparing customer proposals.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding quotations, order status, deliveries, shipping, and general account inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
- Maintain customer records and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems.
- Assist with inventory verification, reporting, and documentation.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while providing outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
- Learn company products and processes through internal training and ongoing development.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, or supporting a sales team is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and data entry abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new products and processes.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
