This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.If you’re confident navigating multiple systems, love accuracy, and can handle 150–200 orders per day, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team. Salesforce experience is a big plus.What You’ll DoEnter, verify, and process a high volume of customer orders in the ERP system (150–200 per day).Provide responsive, professional service to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, availability, and delivery information.Initiate customer outreach when needed to confirm or clarify order details.Handle electronic order processing, exception handling, and order triage across multiple platforms.Troubleshoot issues that may affect delivery timelines and communicate proactively with customers.Navigate multiple internal systems confidently throughout the order lifecycle.Run daily reports to track order entry metrics and team progress.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancements.Escalate customer issues appropriately and support junior team members.Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality on every interaction.Participate in daily team meetings and own assigned metrics.Become eligible to serve as a Qualified Trainer as performance allows.Support ad-hoc projects and additional duties as needed.What You Bring2–3 years Customer Service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.2–3 years data entry or order processing experience handling 150–200 entries daily.2 years working with ERP systems and CRM systems.Experience with EDI order processing and multiple order source platforms.Strong 10-key proficiency and intermediate MS Office skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to de-escalate customer issues with empathy.Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.A continuous improvement mindset and desire to contribute to positive change.Bonus: Salesforce experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Company DescriptionConnexion Systems & Engineering is a full-service staffing firm, whose mission is to provide "best in class" staffing services to our clients and job seekers alike.
