Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:45 PM)
Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Associate supports production operations by performing detailed assembly and soldering tasks. This role involves working with small components, following work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small metal components using hand and power tools
- Attach pins, clips, and other parts using adhesives or soldering techniques
- Operate various production equipment used in forming and joining processes
- Transfer completed parts to the next stage of production
- Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (small parts preferred)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read work orders and communicate effectively
