Job Title: Assembly Operator – 3rd ShiftPay Rate: $21.25/hr total (base pay plus shift differential)Location: Taunton, MADuration: Temp-to-HireShift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday night through Friday morning)Position Overview:This role is responsible for assembling and packaging products in a light manufacturing environment while following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to perform repetitive tasks, and comfortable working in a regulated production setting.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)Basic math and measuring skillsAbility to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishAbility to interpret work orders and product specificationsPhysical coordination with the ability to lift up to 35 lbsComfortable working with common cleaning solutionsAbility to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team environmentKey Responsibilities:Assemble products according to work orders, specifications, and quality guidelinesFollow defined procedures to produce acceptable products while minimizing scrapMaintain accurate production and quality documentation as directedAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating proceduresUtilize job documentation, drawings, and basic measuring tools to meet specificationsSet up and operate production and branding equipment per instructionsLoad, unload, and operate curing or processing equipment according to defined cyclesOperate spooling, rinsing, and packaging equipment as requiredPerform cleaning and packaging of finished productsAssemble sub-components and product sets per specificationsMeet production quantity and quality requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all workplace safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipmentPhysical & Environmental Requirements:Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and precision assemblyFrequent standing, sitting, and repetitive hand movementsOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or reachingRegular use of hands and fingers for fine motor tasksAbility to communicate effectively in a production environmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbsWork environment may occasionally involve noise, moving equipment, or exposure to manufacturing conditionsSafety equipment and protective clothing requiredCompany DescriptionConnexion Systems & Engineering is a full-service staffing firm, whose mission is to provide "best in class" staffing services to our clients and job seekers alike.
