As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting them with a warm smile, processing their reservations efficiently, and addressing any inquiries they may have about their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
- Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and ensure the accuracy of guest information in the system.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to reservations and check-in processes.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
