SUMMARY
This role supports the firm's back-office operations, keeping client accounts accurate and moving. This is a back office role, not client facing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare reconciliations across a large number of accounts
- Process a high volume of transactions accurately and on time
- Handle incoming requests for bill payments and cash movement
- Coordinate cash availability with internal teams
- Prepare payment documentation and route items for approval
- Review client reporting for accuracy
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to keep requests on schedule

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however proper experience may serve in lieu of a degree
- Thorough understanding of reconciliations of funds across various accounts
- Highly organized and detail driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong Excel skills
