Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze financial performance and lead variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and report results to leadership
- Prepare monthly financial packages, executive summaries, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership
- Enhance reporting tools and dashboards and support automation and standardization of reporting processes
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and support continuous improvement of reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA and/or master’s degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in public accounting, financial analysis, or private equity
- Advanced spreadsheet skills with strong report creation and data mining capabilities within accounting systems
- Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable interacting with executives and operational leaders, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
