Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner supporting leadership and employees across the organization
- Manage core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate learning and development programs to support employee growth and leadership capability
- Partner with operations leadership to maintain a strong presence within the production environment
- Support payroll coordination and HRIS processes
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workforce integration initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Help guide HR initiatives during operational changes and organizational growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or senior HR leadership role
- Experience supporting operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, and workforce development
- Experience supporting payroll coordination and HRIS systems
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with operational teams
