This role is onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead key initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI. This role will focus on building systems that ingest, process, and surface insights from large-scale unstructured data using technologies such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and emerging agent-based frameworks.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful products that help customers turn complex data into actionable insights. This is a highly visible role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys combining data, product thinking, and user empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered analytics solutions
Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights tailored to different customer personas, from product teams to executive stakeholders
Define and track key product metrics related to insight quality, engagement, and business impact
Lead initiatives from data ingestion through to visualization and storytelling
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, present findings, and shape product direction
Requirements
2 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused environments
Experience working with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs or related systems
Strong analytical skills, including working knowledge of SQL
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity
Customer-centric mindset with experience in customer-facing environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with unstructured data such as reviews, support tickets, or transcripts
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Retool
Background in customer success, product operations, or support tooling
