Our family owned veterinary private practice presents an exceptional mentorship opportunity, nurturing professional growth and development. Equipped with an in-house IDEXX lab, the practice expedites diagnostic processes, enabling accurate assessments. Advanced medical capabilities, including digital X-Ray, dental digital X-Ray, and ultrasound technologies, enhance diagnostic precision. Spanning an expansive 10,000 sq. ft., the practice provides ample space dedicated to comprehensive patient care. What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain lasting client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Establish and maintain rapport with both clients and team members
- Collaborating with the team to streamline processes
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program
- Experience is preferred, but not required
- Be licensed or be able to be licensed in the state of Indiana
- Willingness to learn and bring new ideas to the practice
- Highly motivated collaborator, with the confidence to perform
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion
