This is an on-site part-time role based in Fishers, IN, for the Symphony on the Prairie Person in Charge of Volunteers. The Person in Charge of Volunteers will coordinate, supervise, and support volunteers during Symphony on the Prairie events. Key responsibilities include managing volunteer schedules, providing clear instructions and guidance, ensuring volunteers have the tools and resources they need, and addressing any issues that arise during events. This role is integral to ensuring a positive experience for both volunteers and guests.
