Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer orders into databases, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Review blueprints to determine special processing requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, shop staff, and other departments to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain filing systems for order documents, invoices, and related records.
- Support clerical duties such as customer service, emailing, and general office tasks.
Requirements
- Keen attention to detail.
- Typing speed 40WPM.
- 10-Key speed 10,000KPM.
- Associate's degree in STEM required.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
