What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor/Writer position at Connell Chevrolet?
Job Duties:
- Set, confirm and prepare for daily appointments to expedite the guest’s service experience
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Determine vehicle's needs based on customer provided information, a vehicle walk-around and the technician’s multi-point inspection
- Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates
- Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
- Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Pass a drug and background screening
