Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer to lead Healthcare organization located in the Sacramento area! This key executive role oversees daily operations, financial performance and organizational growth. The COO will partner closely with leadership and will lead a broad team including Clinic Managers, Clinical Directors, Controller, HR Manager, Brand/Marketing, IT, and an Executive Assistant. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead operational planning, growth initiatives, and integration of new locations acquired practices.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, payer contracts, and key financial metrics.
• Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee marketing strategies, referral relationships, branding, and community engagement.
• Oversee quality initiatives including Medicare metrics and clinical documentation accuracy.
• Oversee HER systems, technology adoption, and collaboration with IT and research teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of executive leadership in healthcare operations.
• Strong financial and operational management background, including revenue cycle oversight.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, practice management tools, and operational technology.
• Experience with ASC operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments.
• Expertise in compliance, regulatory standards, and healthcare best practices.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $250K to $300 K, depending on experience.
