Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Atlanta, GA. The Retail Salesperson engages customers in the store, identifies their mobile communication needs, and recommends appropriate devices, accessories, and service plans. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate account setup. The role also involves maintaining store appearance, managing basic inventory tasks, and meeting individual and team sales targets. Retail Salespersons are expected to provide responsive, respectful customer service, follow company policies and T-Mobile brand standards, and participate in ongoing training on products and promotions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge skills and a willingness to learn about new devices, plans, and technology.
- Candidates should possess basic math and cash-handling skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and mobile technology.
- Previous experience in retail, wireless, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
