What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow client relationships in the IT staffing space
- Drive business development (smart strategy > random dials)
- Partner with mid-to-large businesses and deliver talent solutions
- Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for staffing needs
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in IT Staffing/*_Recruitment*_
- Enterprise sales experience (selling into medium-to-large businesses)
- Strong business development background
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Bonus: Experience selling IT products or services
- Portable client relationships? Even better
