Job Summary
Connections Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to step into and expand a unique, established program developed in collaboration with Sturdy OBGYN.
This is not a typical outpatient role. You will be working directly alongside referring providers, delivering on-site pelvic health services within a medical setting while also helping grow access through our Mansfield clinic. The foundation is already in place - strong referral flow, provider relationships, and a proven model - creating an opportunity to build something meaningful and scalable.
The therapist who launched this program has created an exceptional framework and is relocating out of state, leaving a rare opportunity for the right clinician to take ownership and continue its evolution.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health conditions
- Collaborate closely with OBGYN providers and medical staff
- Maintain and grow referral relationships
- Contribute to program development and expansion
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a one-on-one setting
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (MA)
- Experience or strong interest in pelvic health
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized care

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
