Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role. Remote work is not an option.
Looking for a Professional Operations Manager to ensure our various departments are staffed appropriately and effectively and to oversee our companies operations.
The person in this role oversees the day-to-day activities of our Sales, Quoting, Procurement, Billing, Engineering, Shipping and Factory Production Departments. This person may be asked to fill in as necessary for any of these roles. Assess each team members skill set and suggest areas for improvement through the development of engineering and software improvements. Working through procurement, this role is responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained so we can provide excellent service for customers. Team building is essential to ensure and maintain a collaborative and supportive environment. The Operations Manager maintains a focus on ensuring costs are in line with revenue to ensure profitability.
Skills and Experience required:
- NetSuite hands on knowledge- A MUST
- Successful Sales Management experience- A MUST
- Small Business experience
- Willingness to learn capabilities from reception to Order management, Purchasing, Billing, Engineering, and factory operations.
- Experience in monitoring outsourced staffing – for non-core capabilities – marketing, accounting and IT.
- SOP Development and Management to enable continuous improvement and efficiency
Salary $65,000-$70,000 Depending on Experience
Schedule 7:30am-4pm
