Connections Personnel is hiring for a long term temp in the customer service department in Edison, NJ. Looking for a candidate that has worked in a warehouse environment in customer service with logistics background to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries: Answer calls, emails, and chats to address customer questions about products, services, and orders.
- Resolve issues: Troubleshoot problems and complaints, and process returns and exchanges.
- Manage orders: Assist with placing new orders and tracking existing ones.
- Provide product information: Maintain a deep understanding of company products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Work with departments such as logistics, technical support, and marketing to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records: Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and update customer information.
Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday
Salary: $17-$18 /hr
