Member Service Representative I

Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Service Rep for our Nampa branch. We're looking for a candidate that has a passion for helping others, is eager to get creative and has a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact with our members and be responsible for processing member transactions, primarily dealing in cash and checks.

MSRs promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members. This position will also be expected to occasionally travel to various Treasure Valley branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches. Flexibility with travel and reliable transportation is expected.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information
• Basic financial knowledge
• High School Graduate or GED
• Must be bondable

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour DOE

Connections Credit Union also offers monthly, quarterly annual incentives if eligible.
