Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, WA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and monitoring client progress. Additional duties include collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, training staff on ABA principles, and ensuring the highest quality of client care. The role also involves maintaining compliance with treatment protocols and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting behavior assessments, functional behavior analyses (FBAs), and developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Skills in supervising and mentoring staff, including RBTs, and providing effective feedback based on performance
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and documentation to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities; familiarity with center-based, home-based, or school-based models is a plus
