The Manager of Counseling plays a key role in maintaining a supportive, student‑ and family‑focused school culture while ensuring counseling services are delivered effectively within a virtual learning environment.

- Support graduation planning and transcript oversight;
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting;
- Lead professional development for counseling staff;

Requirements
- Valid North Carolina School Counselor license;
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field;
- Experience in a K–12 setting required;
- Virtual school experience preferred;

- Ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment;
- Technological proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Must be able to use personal electronic devices for two‑step authentication and communication.
