Overview
Our client a well know manufacture of hi reliability connectors for the Millitary and Aerospace markets, is on the move, and they are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sr. Product Manager to lead the charge in product innovation and execution. This role is critical in expanding our product portfolio and ensuring market competitiveness. As a cross-functional leader, you will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Senior Management to deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term growth.
Duties
⦁ Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements.
⦁ Build and maintain product roadmaps and forecasts by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
⦁ Collaborate with Engineering to translate the product roadmap into actionable projects and innovative solutions.
⦁ Develop and present product business cases to senior leadership for investment and approval.
⦁ Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team—within both existing and emerging markets.
⦁ Support Sales and Marketing with product training, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and collateral development.
⦁ Drive cross-functional projects to meet critical milestones and product development initiatives.
⦁ Create and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products; maintain pricing tools and evaluate special pricing requests.
⦁ Oversee the ongoing performance of existing products through their lifecycle stages.
⦁ Drive initiatives to improve cost-efficiency, lead times, production capacity, and overall product quality.
Skills
⦁ Proficiency in AWS, SQL, HTML, Java, APIs, and IT infrastructure is highly desirable.
⦁ Experience in Mil-Aero Markets.
⦁ Strong understanding of software development methodologies including SDLC and Agile frameworks (SAFe, Waterfall).
⦁ Experience with project management tools such as VersionOne and Git.
⦁ Familiarity with mobile applications and the Internet of Things (IoT).
⦁ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using analytics tools like looker.
⦁ Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
⦁ Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
⦁ Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus.

⦁ Qualifications
⦁ BS/BA in Business Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
⦁ 7 years of progressive experience in product management, sales, or business development—preferably in the connector or related manufacturing industry.
⦁ Experience with the Mil-Aero markets preferred.
⦁ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product development cycles.
⦁ Strong project management and organizational skills with a history of meeting deadlines
and managing priorities.
⦁ Familiarity with engineering documentation, technical processes, and government/military specifications is a strong plus.
⦁ This role is hybrid. In-office days required for activity requiring a high degree of collaboration, with flexibility for remote days.
