The Cabling Technician will install, maintain, and repair structured cabling systems to support security, access control, and networking solutions. Responsibilities include cable routing, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. In addition, the technician will interpret blueprints or drawings, work closely with other team members, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in structured cabling installation, including cable routing, termination, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking systems, such as wired and wireless infrastructure setup and configuration
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for cable testing, repairs, and system optimization
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and operate in high or confined spaces
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA Network ) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in telecommunications or related field preferred
