CT Women’s Hoops is looking for a reliable, basketball Site Coordinator / Game Clock Operator to join our team for the Fall 2026 season at our Danbury location!
Danbury, CT
September 14 – November 21, 2026
Games: Monday evenings
This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sports management, event operations, or athletics. You’ll get an inside look at what goes into running and growing a competitive women’s basketball league.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating the game clock during Monday night games
- Assisting with on-site game night operations
- Communicating with teams and players throughout the season
- Helping manage schedules, standings, rosters, and other league logistics
- Assisting with behind-the-scenes administrative and operational tasks
- Helping ensure games stay on schedule and the night runs smoothly
- Serving as an on-site point of contact for players, referees, and teams
- Supporting CT Women’s Hoops leadership with additional league needs throughout the season
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of basketball rules
- Is comfortable operating or learning to operate a scoreboard/game clock
- Is organized, dependable, and a strong communicator
- Can confidently handle a fast-paced game environment
- Takes initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Is available consistently on Monday evenings throughout the season
