This is a Seasonal Part-Time/Full-Time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cannabis cultivation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great way to earn some XTRA cash!!Position: Cultivation HelperLocation: Morris, CT, Schedule: Monday–Friday, and must be able to work weekends as needed Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily cultivation activities, including planting, trellising, pruning, and harvestingHanging plants, and processing finished materialPerform regular plant inspections and quality checksLoad and transport harvested materialMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaFollow all compliance and safety proceduresLandscaping and field maintenance Qualifications:Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and work ethicMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPrior agricultural or cannabis experience a plus, but not required Why Work at Rodeo Cannabis?Join a passionate and dedicated cultivation teamBe part of a growing company committed to quality and innovationOpportunity to learn and grow in the legal cannabis industry
