We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Seafood Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, grocery stores, and seafood distributors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Educate customers on seafood products, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, seafood quality standards, and market pricing.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory and logistics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in seafood sales, food distribution, or related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of seafood products, including types, seasonality, and sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
- Passion for the seafood industry and commitment to customer service.
