- Deliver clear conversations that make Verizon services easy for customers to understand
- Handle customer questions, service comparisons, and objections in real time
- Guide customers through enrollments and completed sales documentation from start to finish
- Maintain organized records tied to customer interaction and completed sales activity
- Work alongside other Verizon Sales Assistant team members to maintain strong campaign performance
- Help strengthen Verizon brand visibility through professional customer interaction and outreach consistency
As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you’re the connection between the brand and the customer. The Verizon Sales Assistant owns the conversation from introduction through enrollment while helping create a positive experience tied directly to Verizon’s residential outreach campaigns.
Verizon Sales Assistant Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environments is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable working directly with residential customers in person
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain information naturally without sounding overly scripted
- Interested in developing communication, customer engagement, and sales skills
- Motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based environments
- Able to stay organized while managing customer interaction and outreach activity
- Leadership experience in sports, clubs, work, or team-oriented activities is a plus
