Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Associate role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Associate will assist in implementing workplace safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing safety data, preparing reports, assisting with the development of training materials, coordinating safety trainings, and supporting the team in client relations and project management tasks.
Qualifications
- Understanding and application of workplace safety standards, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver training programs.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for managing safety protocols, documentations, and training materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in safety consulting, OSHA guidelines, or a relevant field is a plus.
