Our growing property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial and condominium properties located in the Fairfield and New Haven County areas.
$25.50 - $27.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Act as a first line of defense for building repairs.
- Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
- Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order.
- Liaison between the Management Company and vendors for specific tasks.
- Responsible for the daily management of the schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield County.
- 1 year of experience in home maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of home maintenance techniques and equipment.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid US work authorization.
- Strong maintenance experience and skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
