About the Position:
This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the Authoritys multifamily housing programs by providing support, research, compliance, review and evaluation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of Management Agreements/Renewals. Performs intake of Annual Financial Statements, processes requisitions, change orders, permission to occupy, escrow release forms, and vendor forms. Assists with changes to Operations Manuals, Handbooks and Guidelines, Downloads information from ShareFile sites and inputs data into database. Prepares e-blasts, maintains Constant Contacts and produces maps. Coordinates meetings, prepares travel requests, assists with preparation of expense reports, processes checks, scans, retrieves & files documents in archive system and opens daily mail. Assists with applications, Freedom of Information requests, website postings and PowerPoint presentations. Prepares and proofreads documents.
May assist with program compliance quarterly tracking, site visits, for the Housing Tax Credit Contribution (HTCC) and monthly processing of construction advances for multifamily transactions. Additionally, performs backup duties regarding departmental budgeting, and preparation of packages for internal committees as well as CHFAs Board of Directors.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Associates Degree in business or related field, with three years business experience and/or a bachelors degree in a related field with one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of federal housing regulations and CHFA Policies and Procedures. Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and real estate management systems. Must possess good problem-solving, communication, time-management and organizational skills. Strong spreadsheet skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and database programs.
Salary Range: $49,641 to $90,676
