Position Overview
CoreBev / Connecticut Distilling is seeking a reliable, hard-working Part-Time Production Associate to assist with day-to-day operations at the distillery. This role will support bottling, canning, packaging, and general production activities, while assisting the team in all aspects of alcohol production.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bottling, canning, labeling, and packaging of alcoholic beverages
- Support production staff in all aspects of alcohol production and processing
- Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for production runs
- Help with case packing, palletizing, and general order preparation
- Clean and sanitize equipment, production areas, and workstations
- Assist with moving materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Help maintain quality standards and ensure products are packaged correctly
- Support inventory organization and general warehouse cleanliness
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Prior production, warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift and move cases, materials, and equipment as needed
- Comfortable working in a production environment around alcohol manufacturing equipment
- Positive attitude and flexibility to assist wherever needed
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in food and beverage, brewing, distilling, canning, or bottling operations
- Familiarity with sanitation and production best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
