As we continue to expand our clinical services and increase access to care within our community, we are seeking compassionate and motivated Recovery Coaches to join our multidisciplinary team. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals build recovery capital, navigate resources, and achieve their personal recovery goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully completed an approved Peer Support Specialist or Recovery Coach training program.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and non-traditional recovery support services and effectively incorporate these resources into individualized recovery planning and treatment support.
- Collaborate closely with clients, community partners, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to strengthen recovery capital and support long-term recovery success.
- Conduct and maintain documentation related recovery-focused evaluations.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation of all client interactions, assessments, referrals, and services provided in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advocacy, education, and recovery support services that promote client engagement, self-efficacy, and overall wellness.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the continued growth and success of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.07 - $28.20 per hour
