Salary: TheRegional Recovery Coach Manager for the Emergency Department Program oversees and supports performance for Recovery Coaches working within hospital emergency departments in the central and eastern regions.Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching and Supervision of Recovery Coaches (including rotating weekends). Provide ongoing education and performance support to Recovery Coaches. Oversee Recovery Coach orientation, training and onboarding. Scheduling and dispatch of Recovery Coaches. Serve as an effective Recovery Coach when necessary. Assist Program Manager to maintain excellent working relationships with designated hospitals. Monitors Recovery Coaches Telephone Recovery Support (TRS) calls. Maintains and assures a positive organizational culture. Collaborate with community-based service providers. Assures quality data entry, data reporting, weekly reporting and program record keeping. Receives, reviews and files staff weekly reports. Recommends program and process improvements. Other duties as required.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in related field. Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity. Capacity to provide performance support for multiple recovery coaches. Proficiency in recovery coaching. Experience with the addiction recovery process. Familiarity with recovery community, services and resources. Understanding of and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries. Cross-cultural skills and experience with culturally diverse populations. Strong customer service ethic. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills. Exceptional computer skills including database management. Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) designation or in process to earn designation. Some travel required.The Regional Recovery Coach Manager position is a full time (35 hour/week) salaried exempt position with occasional evening and weekends required.
