Position Summary:
Support loan operations and lending activities for both commercial and consumer loan portfolios
Qualifications Required:
- High School/GED diploma
- Minimum three years’ experience with commercial loan servicing
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Outlook and other applicable software
- Basic Accounting Skills

- Prior Experience with Fiserv CORE DNA Operating System
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Accurately input all commercial loans on the CORE DNA system including Commercial Mortgages, Term Loans, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, Time Loans, Participated Loans, Master Lines, SBA Loans
- Accurately input all consumer loans on CORE DNA system including Consumer Secured and Consumer Unsecured
- Perform quality control reviews of loan bookings i.e. review of loan documents
- Process loan fees and costs in accordance with standard accounting practices
- Update borrower information in collateral and/or credit files as required
- Accurately complete approved/authorized loan maintenance requests received from various Lending areas including, Scheduled Review
- Update, Loan Officer Changes, Risk Rating Changes, Document Request Updates, etc.
- Process line advance requests accurately; verify availability, proper approval and compliance with loan conditions
- Produce and verify loan billings and notices and review for accuracy prior to mailing
- Process payoff requests in a timely manner i.e. pre-payment penalties
- Monitor paid loans, execute releases of collateral, return documentation to borrowers
- Assist lending staff and customers with questions and issues regarding loans
- Process loan payments accurately and timely in accordance with payment schedule
- Service Banks portfolio of “pool” loans and purchased mortgages
- Service Banks portfolio of SBA
- Reconcile various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports i.e. general ledger
- Inform manager of any issues or discrepancies found
- Assist in the monitoring of collateral files i.e. mortgage deeds, motor vehicle titles, etc.
- Inform Lending Officers of documentation deficiencies and defects
- Assist with the origination of letters relating to insurance renewals i.e. Hazard, etc.
- Assist with updating CORE DNA system with insurance renewal policies, appraisals, UCC filings and recorded documents
- Assist manager with internal and external auditors and examiners audit requests
- Develop strong knowledge of bank services and products
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Adhere to all the policies/procedures/requirements outlined in Employee Handbook
- Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, audit requirements, and federal regulations
- Complete all required training within deadlines as related to this position
- Perform other related duties as assigned
