What are the responsibilities and job description for the School-Based Behavior Technician position at Connecticut Behavioral Health?
Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians/Behavior Technicians to work Full-Time in schools working in elementary through high school ABA programs and emotional/behavioral programs. Positions will be both classroom based as well as working one on one with students with developmental/emotional/behavioral needs. QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE AND ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE POTENTIAL WITH THESE POSITIONS
School positions are full time working up to 6.5 to 7 hours per day/up to 32.5 to 35 hours/week during the Regular School Year . Regular School Year Positions are considered full time and are benefits eligible. PMT certification preferred. Highly competitive compensation ($17-$30/hr dependent on experience). Monetary incentives provided quarterly, based on performance. Depending on the location of the position a travel stipend may be available. Opportunities for career advancement.
