Job Description:
Experienced Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and AI-driven analytics to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI/ML insights into dashboards, building interactive visualizations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, and calculations for high performance.
- Develop Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
- Integrate AI/ML insights, predictive analytics, and Generative AI capabilities into reporting solutions.
- Create automated reporting solutions and implement data refresh schedules.
- Work with data engineering teams to consume data from data warehouses and cloud platforms.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve dashboard performance.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to identify KPIs and design executive-level dashboards.
- Perform data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Document BI solutions, dashboard specifications, and best practices.
- Stay current with Tableau, Power BI, AI, and visualization trends.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in Tableau Dashboard Development.
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Tableau Prep, Tableau Server/Cloud, and report publishing.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models, predictive analytics, or Generative AI into reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
