Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and business-focused Solutions Architect with strong SAP expertise to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, align technology solutions with business goals, and drive cross-functional integration strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of business acumen, enterprise architecture experience, stakeholder management capability, and deep understanding of SAP ecosystems.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design scalable, efficient, and innovative enterprise solutions that support operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategic Alignment
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and operational stakeholders to understand organizational goals, business processes, and transformation priorities.
Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture and solution designs.
Drive alignment between technology capabilities and long-term business strategy.
Conduct business process assessments and recommend optimization opportunities leveraging SAP and integrated enterprise platforms.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution review sessions with executive and operational teams.
Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions integrating SAP with internal and external systems.
Develop architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, solution roadmaps, and technical documentation.
Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and maintainability across enterprise applications.
Provide architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency.
SAP Leadership
Lead architecture and solution design activities across SAP environments including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, BW, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or related modules.
Support SAP implementation, migration, integration, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve complex business and system challenges.
Drive SAP integration strategies with CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, middleware, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
Provide guidance on SAP best practices, data governance, process standardization, and enterprise integration models.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support pre-sales, RFP responses, business case development, and executive presentations when needed.
Mentor junior architects, analysts, and technical teams on enterprise solution practices.
Participate in enterprise architecture review boards and governance committees.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in enterprise solution architecture, business systems consulting, or related roles.
Hands-on SAP experience in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or sales operations.
Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions and integrations.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and hybrid/cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
