Job Title: SAP Supply Chain Architect
Location: Dallas, TX Onsite

The SAP SC Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise-wide solutions supporting Inventory Allocation, Sequestration, ATP/Product Allocation, Demand and Supply Planning, and SAP HANA-based supply chain processes. The role serves as the technical authority for SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Management, BW, and integrated planning platforms such as Kinaxis Maestro.
This position partners with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and business-driven solutions that optimize inventory utilization, improve service levels, and support strategic supply chain transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Define the strategic roadmap for SAP HANA-based Supply Chain solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technology evaluations.
- Develop future-state solutions for inventory allocation, sequestration, demand planning, and fulfillment.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation objectives.
Sequestration & Allocation Management
- Design and implement sequestration and allocation logic supporting supply constraints and inventory optimization.
- Define allocation rules, prioritization models, and business-driven distribution strategies.
- Partner with Supply Chain business teams to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Support end-to-end testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
SAP HANA Architecture
- Design SAP HANA data models, calculation views, CDS views, and analytical solutions.
- Optimize HANA performance, scalability, and data processing.
- Develop data integration and transformation strategies across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Ensure enterprise-grade data quality, governance, and security.
Integration & Enterprise Applications
- Design integrations between SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro, BW, MuleSoft, BODS, and downstream applications.
- Ensure seamless flow of master and transactional data across planning and execution systems.
- Support large-scale transformation programs involving supply chain planning and ERP modernization.
Program Delivery & Leadership
- Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle phases including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Lead defect resolution, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
- Mentor developers, analysts, and architects.
- Participate in Agile PI Planning and architecture governance reviews.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Drive process standardization and operational excellence.
- Recommend technology enhancements that improve business outcomes and reduce operational costs.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, Allocation, Sequestration, ATP, and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale SAP architectures.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling, performance optimization, and data architecture.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, BODS, and APIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
