We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face for our office. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed
- Utilize computer skills.
- Verify insurance, collection of co-pays/deductibles, pre-certification / authorization of accounts. Responsible for setting up patient charts for new patients. Scan and copy pertinent information into electronic patients' charts. A full training would be provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles emphasizing phone etiquette and client interaction preferred
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
