Duties
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Engage members in ongoing, appropriate social interaction, activities, or movement
- Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
- Alert nurses when the member needs help or clinical attention
- Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
- Keep patient information confidential
- must be willing to travel to
- Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Delaware County
- Skills
- Experience in hospice care,, or home community care
