Job Requirements -

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with specialized respiratory therapy training. 
  
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related program 
  

Certifications Requirements:

• WV RT License
  
• PALS
  
• ACLS
  
• BLS 
  

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant respiratory therapy experience 
  
• Experience working in hospital or long-term care settings 
  
• Prior travel or temporary staffing experience preferred 
  

Other Requirements:

• - Ability to work day, evening, and night shifts -
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills -
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory therapy interventions in both hospital and long-term care settings.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient treatments and responses.
  
• Monitor and adjust respiratory care procedures based on patient progress.
