Job Requirements- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree from accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS; CAPA or CPAN certification (will take either).
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of PACU experience, including Phase I/II recovery; experience with cardiac rhythms, managing cardiac gtts, and recovery of post-cath, bronchs, and IR patients.
- Other Requirements: Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, provide discharge instructions, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to float between units; excellent communication skills; proficiency with EPIC EMR and IV pump systems.

- Provide post-anesthesia care to adult and pediatric patients following surgical procedures, including recovery from bronchs, IR, and post-cath.
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage cardiac gtts to stabilize patients' conditions during recovery.
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and status throughout Phase I and Phase II recovery, ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, RTs, and anesthesiologists, to facilitate smooth patient transitions and discharge instructions.
- Assist with procedural recovery tasks such as blood sugar checks, IV removals, and cleaning or restocking supplies in the PACU environment.
