Travel/Contract Emergency Department RN

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience
• Strong clinical skills in emergency trauma, patient assessment, and rapid decision-making
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous travel or contract nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to float and work across different departments within the ER

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Alabama or ability to obtain licensure if moving between states
• Prior emergency department experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a travel or contract capacity

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current certifications such as BLS and ACLS
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the facility
• Willingness to travel and adapt to new healthcare environments
