Schedule
- Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- 12-hour shifts (3x12s)
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Monitor residents’ health and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care standards
- Support a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all residents
- Current LPN license in the state of Montana (or compact license)
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
