• Education Requirements: Valid RN license in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain licensure in the state

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings
    
  • Experience working with end-stage patients in home or facility environments
    
  • Relevant experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic and Rover

  • Ability to work daytime shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
    
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
