Required Skills

• Valid RN license or compact license in Idaho or applicable state
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Prior experience with EMR systems
• Additional certifications related to geriatrics or nursing specialization
• Basic knowledge of facility protocols and procedures
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Active Idaho RN license or Compact license
• At least one year of experience working specifically in long-term care or a similar environment
  
  

Other Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a valid ID and BLS certification
• No on-call or callback hours required
• Ability to work day shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
