Position Overview
- Location: Valentine, NE
- Available Shifts: Day or Night – 12 hour shifts
- Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Start: As soon as possible
- Monitor mothers and infants during all stages of childbirth
- Operate and interpret fetal monitoring systems
- Administer labor medications and support interventions
- Collaborate with OB/GYN providers during natural and surgical deliveries
- Provide newborn stabilization and post-delivery patient education
- Ensure timely, accurate charting and compliance with hospital procedures
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- 1 year of experience in labor & delivery nursing
- Must have ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN certifications
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing patient conditions and team dynamics
